The Private Equity Analyst - Summer 2027 will be immersed in various aspects of private equity including evaluation of potential acquisition targets, industry research, investor relations, and portfolio company management. Responsibilities may include reviewing new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and modeling, assisting in transaction due diligence and supporting other firm projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• College Junior or Senior majoring in finance or related field with strong academic credentials

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including foundational financial modeling skills

• Highly analytical

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive work ethic and takes initiative

Hours: Full-time; Monday through Friday; approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Start/End Date: June - August 2027 (to be determined based on candidate’s schedule)

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Location: Borgman Capital offices in downtown Milwaukee
