Borgman Capital announced the sale of Durex Products, Inc. to Gerard Daniel Worldwide (GDW), a Graycliff Partners LP portfolio company. During the hold period, revenue and profitability increased through investments in operations, equipment, product development and sales initiatives.

Growth was driven by strategic equipment purchases, fleet diversification, operational improvements, geographic expansion to Kenosha and increasing market share.

Borgman Capital sold Material Handling Holdings, LLC (“MHH”) to Ballymore Company, Inc. a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners LP, after a five-year hold period.
